McLane's Childrens Hospital Donation

The Temple South Rotary presented a check for $10,000 to McLane's Children's Hospital for purchase of a respirator for the Critical Care Transport Unit. The check was received by Dr. John Boyd, CEO of Scott & White Hospital and Ellen Hansen, COO, CNO of McLane's Children's Hospital. The device replaced a more outdated, cumbersome unit and is greatly appreciated by the medical personnel that will be using it. The funds were raised during a Casino Royale event held on January 12,2013 in which live and silent auctions along with casino events were entertaining. Local sponsorships from businesses and Rotarians added to the success of this fundraiser.
