A second Days for Girls work day has been scheduled for Saturday, January 25th in Belton, Texas. If you remember, Governor Doug is again supporting the Days for Girls International Project with a District DAP Grant during 2024-25.
Susan Cory, Asst Coordinator of the Central Texas DFG’s chapter will be hosting the event in her home at 13606 Moss Rose Trail, Belton, Texas.
If you participated in the 2021-22 year’s event or the earlier event in September, please join fellow Rotarians for this very impactful project…….and bring a friend and/or prospective member. If you didn’t participate previously, PLEASE come and see what a difference this project makes in the lives of young girls around the WORLD.
The work day begins at 9 am and will conclude at 12 noon. If you have a serger machine or sewing machine, please bring them as well as scissors. There will also be some limited non-sewing duties for those who don’t sew.
